TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

BY BOOKING OUR SERVICES, I AGREE TO THE Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of MY PRO ECO CLEANING PROFESSIONAL.

Since we do not provide in-home estimates, cleaning time is based on the information you provide regarding the size and condition of your home. I certify that my booking accurately reflects the actual size/condition of the property/home mentioned above. My ProEco cleaning professional reserves the right to adjust pricing to include any extra costs or additional service requests made during the cleaning (we will discuss any extras for approval beforehand). On the cleaning day, only the originally booked package is guaranteed; upgrades may be available based on availability. If the upgrade is not accepted by the client, a 50% cancellation fee of the reserved service may be applied (minimum charge of $70).

Please note that there is a $70 fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time or 50% of the cleaning cost if canceled on the same day.

I also understand that there will be a non-refundable $70 cancellation fee due to insect/rodent issues, excessive clutter (we do not move boxes or heavy furniture to avoid floor damage), lack of electricity, air conditioning, or water at the property, and/or if other workers are present during the service.

I AGREE TO REVIEW ALL WORK WHILE THE SERVICE IS BEING PERFORMED AT THE PROPERTY AND BEFORE THE TEAM LEAVES. (If I am not present, I may submit any concerns within 24 hours after the service along with photos.)

I UNDERSTAND THAT ANY SERVICE COMPLAINTS MADE AFTER WE HAVE LEFT THE PROPERTY ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE, AND NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR ADDITIONAL SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED BEFORE A NEW CLEANING IS BOOKED.

FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PURCHASE CONFIRMATION. BOOKINGS ARE ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE CLEANING AVAILABILITY IS VERIFIED IN YOUR AREA.

NO PAYMENTS OR KEY HAND-OFFS SHOULD BE MADE DIRECTLY TO CLEANERS.
